International Students Benefitted from “Unplugging”

College students attempting a 24 unplugging challenge rate their experience.

A recent study by the International Center for Media & the Public Affair surveyed students in 10 countries who were asked to unplug from all media for 24 hours.  While some students outright admitted failure, many came to the conclusion that they were addicted, and that their digital addiction had been masked in loneliness and distress in their lives. Students in all 10 countries were able to see the benefits of unplugging. For the full article, click the link below.
